To place items on reserve, start from our Course Reserves page. Scroll down the page to find the online request form (choose Media for "reserve format"). Most instructors choose 2-Hour as the loan period for videos; this keeps the item within the library and more quickly available for the next user. We have two viewing stations that are compatible with either DVD or VHS on the second level, and patrons may also check out headphones if they do not have their own.
If you would like to show one of our films in class and would like to be sure it is available on that date, you may "book" the video in advance (even at the start of the semester!) by submitting this online form.
