F: The Dashboard video talks about patron empowerment enabled to see catalog item check outs/holds. Will this feature be implemented? What about renewing items?
R: Yes! This feature will be implemented on May 19 when the new interface begins. You will still be able to checkout, renew, view holds through your account as you have in the past. Under the My Dashboard, go to Holds & Checkouts (after May 19).
