Q. Which of my saved MyEBSCO folder items are available in My Dashboard?
A: Items of the following type that were saved to the general "My Folder" area of MyEBSCO (i.e. not in custom folders) can also be viewed in My Dashboard when logged in with your personal credentials.
Q. Will my Custom Folders from the old interface transfer to the new?
A: No.
However, soon you'll have the option to download your data from Custom Folders into an Excel file. Ebscohost is in the final steps of releasing this option so check back often.

Q: Where are the Custom Folders in the new interface?
A: Custom Folders from the old interface are now called Projects and appear in the left-hand panel under My Dashboard.
Q: Will my existing EBSCOhost persistent links or "permalinks" continue to work after the upgrade to the new user interface?
A: Yes! No need to take any action. Existing links will redirect to the new user interface automatically.
Q. How do I create persistent links or "permalinks" in the new EBSCOhost interface?
A: Copy the URL from the browser window OR click on a share arrow to create a link to share/copy.
