Citation and Style Guides: Chicago

The oldest style guide, Chicago offers several different options for formating citations.  The notes and bibliography style, sometimes refered to as the "humanities style", is widely used in the arts, history, and literature.  The author-date, or parenthetical style, is often used in the physical and natural sciences and some social sciences.
